Don McLaughlin
Don McLaughlin is the Broker/Owner of McLaughlin Real Estate Group. As a sixth generation Don knows the area well. A sixth-generation McLaughlin to live and work in the Big Bend, Don continues the legacy of hard work, honest dealings and earned trust. Don's brother, Daryl McLaughlin founded the company and upon his retirement, Don took over the business now known as McLaughlin Real Estate Group.
Don is married to Kathy Harrison McLaughlin who is employed by the State of Florida’s Correctional Medical Authority. They have two adult daughters, Haley and Heather (husband Nicholas), and two grandchildren, Mac and Mabel.
Don returned to Tallahassee in 1998 after living in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas, and the Tampa Bay area of Florida. He graduated from Pensacola Junior College (Pensacola State), and Dallas Baptist University in Dallas Texas. After accepting the call to become a pastor he attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. He has led churches in Tampa, Lakeland and Lithia, Florida before returning to Tallahassee to pastor.
He steered a 65 year old congregation through a process of relocating and rebranding and are now known as Church At SouthWood. Along the way, the church met at a movie theater (where they were known as Church at the Movies), and an elementary school, a high school and now they have found a home in the SouthWood Town Center on Merchants Row Blvd.
Don served two terms as president of the executive board (State Board of Missions) of the Florida Baptist Convention, the state's largest non-Catholic convention of churches. There he executed on behalf of the board contracts for land purchases, lease agreements, and loan applications. He has served on several denominational committees, including national, state, and local associations. He recently was elected to serve a third term as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Baptist College of Florida. He has served as an officer and also chaired the Curriculum Committee. He also served as president of the local Florida Baptist Association.
Leanne McLaughlin Gregory

Born and raised in Tallahassee, she graduated from Florida State University with a communications degree. She is married to Eric Gregory, who is an administrator at the Florida Digital Service.
Leanne began her career as a meeting and event planner for FSU working with the College of Law and later the Center for Professional Development.
In 1994 Eric and Leanne settled in the northeast side of town and began a family. For the next twenty years, she chose to stay home and raise their three children. Ruby teaches biology at Cobb Middle School; Guy is an Aircraft Airframe and Powerplant Technician, and Beau is a student at Florida State University and coaches JV baseball at Leon High School.
Leanne she can help anyone find their dream home or help sell their existing one. She succeeds by listening carefully for demands and desires of her customers and using her vast knowledge of the Tallahassee’s market. For her, it is not just a job or a way to earn a living.
